Dear Friend,

Here is the information you’ve been waiting for. Thank you for your patience.

A couple of months ago, we mentioned a cruise of Greece and Turkey in one of our mailings. The delay in coming to you with details was due to a reorganization at the cruise line we were considering for this cruise. Because of that, we have changed our plans. We are oh so glad we did because we are now going to be

CRUISING THE GREEK ISLES…
Jewels of the Cyclades
on the motorsailer
“Galileo”
July 7 – 18, 2010

Yes – we are going to cruise the fabled Greek Isles on a classic Greek motorsailer, the 49-passenger “Galileo”, and we are combining this cruise with a 3-night stay in historic Athens, Greece.

Imagine sailing – really sailing – not only to popular islands like Mykonos and Santorini, but also little island gems that the big ships can only dream of going to. And imagine anchoring or docking overnight at these islands, with the ability to come and go as you please, dine at a neighborhood taverna, mingle with the locals, and start the next day with a morning swim in the deep blue Aegean Sea. It just doesn’t get any better than that!

In addition to this amazing cruise, we’ll spend three nights at the beautiful Royal Olympic Hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Athens and within walking distance of the “Plaka” or Old Town. The Royal Olympic is rate #14 of 317 Athens hotels rated and reviewed on TripAdvisor.com. We’ll tour the city including a visit to a landmark that is synonymous with ancient Greece, the Parthenon. On our first night, we’ll have a special celebration at one of the Plaka’s most popular tavernas.

Open our brochure for information on the “Galileo” and details of our amazing itinerary. Your complete vacation includes:

  • Roundtrip economy-class flights between Chicago and Athens
  • Transfers in Greece between airport, hotel and the Galileo
  • Accommodations for 3 nights at the Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens, Greece
  • 7 night cruise aboard the motorsailer Galileo
  • 4 meals in Athens: 3 breakfasts, 1 dinner
  • 14 meals aboard the Galileo: breakfast daily plus lunch or dinner daily
  • Half-day sightseeing tour of Athens
  • Use of snorkeling and fishing gear during the cruise
  • Welcome cocktail, a Greek Night, fun BBQ (weather permitting) and Captain’s Dinner
  • Services of your Cruise & Tour hosts, Peggy and Dennis Crull

This relaxing and fun-filled Greek holiday is priced at either $4,199 or $4,599 per person, double occupancy, depending on cabin choice (see the brochure). Port charges, taxes and fees of $180 are additional. Single occupancy is available for a supplement of $1,388 (limited availability).

CALL TODAY for additional information or to hold your place. Just 15 cabins have been allocated to our group, so an early decision on this trip is a must.

We hope you’ll join us for “Jewels of the Cyclades”!

Warm Regards,

Peggy R. Crull
President

P.S. Remember…our trip price includes airfare from Chicago, and we’ll have optional ground transfers available between Milwaukee and O’Hare. If you have family or friends living elsewhere who would like to join you, we’re happy to arrange their departure from another city.

P.P.S. Shoppers…you will love our stay in Athens, where I have found good buys on all sorts of things – especially jewelry and furs.
