Your hosts: Steve and Arlene Spiegelhoff

Arlene and Steve Spiegelhoff live in Mukwonago, WI and have been married for 34 years. Steve is co-owner of Gooseberries Fresh Food Market, along with his brother Dave Spiegelhoff. The Spiegelhoff Family has been in the food business since 1914 when their grandfather started the business. Dave and Steve developed the concept of Gooseberries Fresh Food Market from years of experience in the grocery business. They felt a shopping experience based on guest service, high quality fresh product and a selection of unique items was needed for today’s food shopper and opened Gooseberries in July 2006.

As a graduate of Big Foot High School and Columbia School of Nursing, Arlene worked as an Registered Nurse early in her career , but more recently has been a caregiver to her grandchildren and mother.

Steve is a graduate of Burlington High School and MSOE, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management. After working in the manufacturing sector for 16 years, Steve returned to the family business in 1991. In recent years, Arlene and Steve have enjoyed world travel with Cruise & Tour and look forward to their upcoming trip to Italy.

Cruise & Tour Owners: Dennis and Peggy Crull

Company founder Peggy Crull has spent the past 38 years in the travel industry and opened Downtown Travel, Inc. (now Cruise & Tour) in 1975. Dennis Crull joined the company in 1983. Together, the Crulls have been on well over 150 cruises including destinations such as Indonesia, French Polynesia, the Norwegian Fjords, the Greek Isles and Antarctica. They have led groups on safari in Kenya, ridden elephants through the jungles of Thailand, and explored the Galapagos Islands and the depths of the Amazon. And they've cruised on every size and type of vessel, from French canal barges to the Queen Mary 2. The thing they love most about their business?
