- Ask to have a place held for you on the Galapagos Islands Tour.
- Complete the Reservation Request form and return it by mail, or fax (262) 677-9507 to Cruise & Tour along with your completed travel insurance application if you are applying for this recommended protection.

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
TRAVEL INSURANCE is extremely important for this trip, both because of the cancellation policy and the remote location of the Galapagos Islands. The AIG Travel Guard Essential Expanded (Silver) plan is included in the cost of your trip. You need only complete the application to receive this coverage. Should you not apply, you will not be entitled to the benefits of this policy and there will be no reduction in your trip cost. Certain benefits are only provided if you enroll within 15 days of signing up for your trip, so complete and return your insurance application with your Reservation Request form .

In addition to the Silver plan, we also offer the AIG Travel Guard Protect Assist (Gold) plan. This is an upgrade from the Silver plan. While the Silver plan provides good basic coverage, upgrading to Gold offers the following:
- The cost difference is small – just $22 more if you are under age 35.
- Coverages are substantially higher – Medical Expense $25,000 vs. $10,000…Emergency Medical Transportation $500,000 vs. $100,000…Trip Interruption 150% of trip cost vs. 100%, etc.
In addition to more coverage for just a few dollars more, there are optional coverages available only on Gold that you may wish to have:
UMBRELLA PACKAGE -- $12 + $3 service fee
- Medical Expense coverage doubles to $50,000 and becomes primary (you do not have to apply to your own insurance company first)
- Emergency Medical Transportation is upgraded to take you home or to the hospital of your choice (vs. to the nearest adequate facility in Ecuador as determined by AIG Travel Guard)
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON – Base cancellation benefits under both Silver and Gold provide full reimbursement for the amount lost at cancellation for a reason listed in the outline of coverage . Should your cancellation be for any other reason including simply changing your mind, this benefit guarantees a return of 50% of whatever amount is not refunded to you. Multiply the base Gold premium by 1.4 to receive this added benefit.
Should you wish to "go for the Gold", click here for the Gold plan description and application, which you should complete and return in place of Silver. Include your credit card details. You will only be charged for the difference between Silver and the Gold plan you have selected.
