To make a reservation, here’s what you should do:

1. Call Cruise & Tour at (262) 677-9500 in the West Bend area, or (800) 383 -3131 nationwide.
2. Ask to have a place held for you on the Classical Europe Cruise.
3. Complete the Reservation Request form and return it by mail, or fax (262) 677-9507 to Cruise & Tour along with your completed travel insurance application if you are applying for this recommended protection.

Cruise & Tour recommends that you purchase travel protection insurance. To purchase travel protection insurance:

1. Click here to view and print the insurance application form, a brief summary of coverage, and a rate table.
2. Complete the application form.
3. Be sure to provide signatures as required throughout the form.
4. Retain a copy of the completed form for your records.
5. Mail or fax the completed insurance form to Cruise & Tour with your travel reservation.

SPECIAL NOTE: TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE U.S. REQUIRES A PASSPORT WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE SIX MONTHS OR MORE BEYOND YOUR RETURN DATE. IF YOU HAVE A VALID PASSPORT, PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE PICTURE PAGE WITH YOUR COMPLETED RESERVATION FORM. SEE BELOW FOR INFORMATION ON PASSPORT APPLICATION OR RENEWAL. THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION MUST MATCH THE FIRST AND LAST NAME ON YOUR PASSPORT.
