The Mark Belling Late Afternoon Show
"Standing Up for Milwaukee"
3-6 P.M. Weekdays
Dear Listener,
Thanks for checking out the site we’ve created to let you know all about my 21st annual listener cruise. Before you start surfing through the site and learning about our itinerary, ship and pricing, let me give you a brief overview.
My 21st cruise is a little like one of those programs we sometimes run on holidays when I’m not doing my live radio show. We call those shows the “Best of Belling.” We run segments of the best shows I’ve done. Next February’s cruise incorporates the very best elements of my most popular cruises over the last two decades and comes at a value-oriented price.
My favorite cruise itinerary is the southern Caribbean. That’s where we’re headed. The weather is guaranteed to be in the 80’s every day and we’re far enough south to be free of even the worst winter storm system.
St. Thomas is the most popular island destination of my many cruises. It’s on this year’s itinerary. But so is Tortola, a beautiful island in the British Virgin Islands. We’ve also got Barbados, a wonderful combination of urban and natural beauty and Dominica (which has a real rain forest).
Speaking of the Best of Belling, 2012 brings the return of my famous beach barbecue and we’re going back to the site of the very best one I’ve ever hosted. It’s at Miller’s by the Sea in Antigua. It will be one of the highlights of your cruise and maybe even your life!
One of the best elements of my cruise is what we do before we cruise. This year’s we’ll be staying not one, but two, days at the San Juan Marriott, which is right on the ocean, is conveniently located to many great San Juan sites and has a full casino and great nightlife. You know it’s part of the Best of Belling because I keep insisting we return whenever San Juan is the embarkation point for my cruise.
We’ll be sailing on the beautiful ship Princess Cruises built specifically for the Caribbean, the aptly named Caribbean Princess. There is no cruise line better at giving you every possible option than Princess. Our cruise will be hosted, as every single one of the previous twenty has, by Cruise & Tour’s owners Dennis and Peggy Crull and a full staff to assist them. You’ve heard of first class treatment? They give you whatever class comes higher than that (name not yet invented!).
Each of my previous cruises has been different. The one thing I demand every year is that we offer the absolute best cruise we can for the price. I insist on my radio show being the best. The same is true with my cruise promotion. Like they say, it’s not bragging when it’s true: My Cruise IS The Best Cruise!
The 2012 cruise also features a fun welcome session, a free cocktail party, a free-wheeling session hosted by me and, of course, the beach barbecue. There’s a reason my cruise has become the biggest annual radio program in Milwaukee ’s history. #21 will truly be the “Best of Belling.” I hope you’ll join us!
P.S. I almost forgot to tell you how to get on board. For reservations and additional information, call . Cruise & Tour manager Dawn Weltzin will hold your place and take you through the process. Whether this is your first cruise or your 21st, you’ll be in the best of hands.
